ORDER PROCESSING

If your item is in stock, please allow us 1 business days to process your order. Orders placed Monday through to Friday before 4pm will begin processing on the same say. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day.  Orders placed on Friday after 5pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

 Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey home.

Please note that we do not dispatch on public holidays. All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.

Shipping Information

We currently ship all over the world via DHL express

Shipping Times

  • UK: 1 working days
  • Europe: 1-2 working days
  • USA: 2-3 working days
  • Rest of the world: 3-5 working days

Dates are based on average transit times from the date of dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. 

Please allow for 1 working days to pick and pack your order.

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS | IMPORT TAXES

For international customers, please be aware that customs and import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Customs and import taxes will differ depending on your location, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. Please note that KNOOZ LTD is required to declare the full value of the international shipment, and include an invoice with each delivery. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

 Change Requests

If you would like to change your shipping address or delivery time after you have placed your order, please request it by contacting us and we will be happy to assist you. If the new address is out of the postal code service area, we will offer you alternative shipping options.

We are happy to accept cancellations, for any reason; up to the moment we have processed your order. After that, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Refunds & Returns page.

 Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e‐mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e‐mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e‐mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

All items are shipped from the UK. If you have ordered items from more than one location, you will receive a separate delivery from each.

You will receive regular e‐mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status online by inserting the tracking number supplied.

 Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.

 It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection, and for applicable duties & taxes to be paid. We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to your tracking link, or contact us for further tracking updates.

KNOOZ LTD does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection
