RETURNS POLICY : 

 CHANGE OF MIND

Returned items must conform to our returns policy:

  • We want you to be over the moon with your purchase, so if youre not totally in love with your Zizanie Item(s) we are more than happy to exchange it for a different product, colour or size.
  • If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email contact@zizanieshop.com before sending the item back. Your returned item must arrive no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we will accept the order for refund;
  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging
  • Items must be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit, and for peace of mind we recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery and save the shipping receipt for your records.
  • Please keep in mind that original shipping costs, duties or taxes paid are non-refundable unless the item is proven to be faulty. ZIZANIE IBIZA S.L is not liable for any lost incoming parcels.

FAULTY

  • All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the garment at your preference. Please contact us with your faulty item description immediatly upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you !
